  Prices and Payment

Every item is marked with a price including VAT. You can see the total price, including all fees, VAT, shipping cost and payment, in the cart.
Conditions of payment are indicated in the cart depending on  how you choose to pay.
Terms of shipping are indicated in the cart depending on chosen mode of shipping.

Right to Cancel a Purchase

Your right to cancel a purchase (time after a purchase in which one has the right to cancel a hire-purchase agreement) is valid for 14 days.
In your message to us you need to make it clear that you wish to cancel the purchase. The time period starts the day you received the goods or a major part of it. If the agreement is for a special design item – or an article which has been given a very personal touch, the cancellation time period starts the day we gave you information about the article

Your right to cancel does not apply if:
the service has been started during the time period, with your consent,
the price is dependent on the fluctuations of the finance market,
the article cannot be returned because of its present state.

 When you have used your right to cancel a purchase:

You are obliged to keep the article in the same good condition in which you received it. You must not use it, but of course, you can test it carefully. If the article is damaged or lost because of careless handling, then you lose your right to cancel the purchase.

Personal Particulars Act
According to the Personal Particulars Act we must ask you to allow us handle information about you. The data that you give to us will be taken care of by our Personal Particulars staff. This is so that we can fulfil our commitments to you, take care of your order in the best possible way and keep you informed about news and offers as well as for other marketing purposes. For the reasons mentioned we may need to transfer information to the mother company, subsidiary company etc and collaborating partners. NLB will not allow a third party to use your data for marketing purposes. If you wish, you can ask for a copy of the information we have about you. If the information is faulty, incomplete or irrelevant you have the right to demand that this information be corrected or erased.

After the above information, I agree to register as a customer with NLB Norden AB. I also agree to NLB Norden AB having the right to handle personal data about me and to pass them on to other companies as mentioned above.

Warranties and Services

 Deliveries

Delivery is made by post.
Delivery times vary between 2-4 weeks depending on where in the world we are to deliver.

 Damaged Goods

Damaged goods must be reported to the shipping company and to us (NLB Norden AB).
A replacement delivery will be made immediately.
    
 

Parcels not Collected!!!

Parcels not collected will be returned to us. For all packages not collected we reserve the right to charge you for costs for return freight, expedition cost and handling charge.

 

Returns

Goods are returned at your own cost, unless the article is damaged of if we have made a mistake when packing. Returns are to be sent as letters or parcel post, not COD. For replacements we will pay the new freight cost from us to you.

If you have claimed your right to cancel the purchase, you need to send or hand the article in question back to us.

 

Obligation to Refund

If you have used your right to cancel/return a purchase, we will reimburse you with the amount you paid for the article as soon as possible and no later than 30 days from the day we received the returned article. Always tell us why you have changed your mind or why you wish to return the article, before you return it. You have to pay for the return costs when you return an article.  We will always pay the return cost for sending the so-called replacement goods back to you  if we have made a mistake in the delivery of your order.
